Production Lines

With the largest production line of bamboo pulp in the world, we produce 480,000 tons of bamboo pulp and 200,000 tons of bagasse pulp every year.

Food kraft paper workshop has 3 production lines with wide paper machines which are 4300 mm wide. These machines produce both bleached and unbleached food-grade bamboo paper for food packaging and additionally offer the flexibility to customize roll sizes according to customer specifications.

The kraft paper workshop has 2 paper production lines, equipped with advanced paper production machines such as the 2300 high-speed rewinder, the 1880 slitting rewinder, the fully automatic 1600 cross cutter, the 1150 computer paper cutter. The monthly output reaches over 2000 tons of kraft papers.

The parent roll workshop is equipped with 4 sets of 2860 mm paper machines and 8 sets of 3600 mm high-speed paper machines, to meet different customers’ needs for the width of the parent roll.
