Virgin Paper Pulp Molding Natural Pulp Bamboo Pulp Fiber

Our virgin paper pulp is unbleached bamboo pulp. It refers to bamboo pulp that has not undergone a bleaching process to alter its natural color. It has a slightly darker appearance compared to bleached pulp but retains the inherent characteristics of bamboo pulp fiber, including strength, durability, and sustainability.

The length of bamboo pulp fiber is between softwood pulp and hardwood pulp, it is around 1.2 mm to 1.7 mm.

It can be used in the production of different kinds of paper, and biodegradable tableware products, and also can be used in other industries, like construction, and filter paper.

It is often praised for its sustainability, as bamboo is a fast-growing and renewable resource compared to traditional wood pulp from trees.

Additionally, virgin paper pulp helps reduce the environmental impact associated with bleaching chemicals and processes, making it a more sustainable choice.

What is bamboo pulp?

Bamboo pulp is a cellulose pulp extracted from bamboo, commonly used in the production of paper and eco-friendly products. Bamboo has a fast growth cycle and is more easily renewable, making it a sustainable raw material. Our factory produces pulp through chemical methods, where cellulose is separated from bamboo through chemical treatment to make pulp.

What is bamboo pulp used for?

1. Paper production:

Virgin paper pulp is utilized in the manufacture of paper products such as tissue paper, toilet paper, printing paper, and packaging materials. Its strong fibers and high cellulose content make it suitable for producing high-quality paper products.

2. Eco-friendly packaging:

Bamboo pulp-based materials are increasingly used in eco-friendly packaging solutions as an alternative to conventional plastics and paper-based packaging. Biodegradable and compostable packaging made from bamboo pulp helps reduce environmental impact and plastic waste.

3. Biodegradable products:

Virgin paper pulp can be molded into various biodegradable products such as disposable tableware (plates, bowls, utensils), food packaging, and compostable containers. These products offer a sustainable alternative to single-use plastics and foam-based packaging materials.

4. Construction materials:

Virgin paper pulp can be incorporated into composite materials used in construction, such as bamboo fiberboard, panels, and insulation. These materials are lightweight, durable, and have good insulating properties, making them suitable for building and renovation projects.

Bamboo pulp vs wood pulp

Bamboo pulp and wood pulp are two common types of cellulose pulp, and their differences are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1. Source of Raw Materials:
– Bamboo pulp: Cellulose pulp extracted from bamboo.
– Wood pulp: Cellulose pulp extracted from wood (usually softwood or hardwood).

2. Growth Cycle and Renewable Ability:
– Bamboo pulp: Bamboo has a relatively short growth cycle and possesses rapid growth and good regenerative abilities, making bamboo pulp a more sustainable choice.
– Wood pulp: Wood has a longer growth cycle and slower regeneration rate. Although some wood sources can be sustainably managed, the regeneration process of wood pulp is generally more time-consuming compared to bamboo pulp.

3. Characteristics and Uses:
– Bamboo pulp: Due to its characteristics, the papermaking industry and manufacturers of eco-friendly products are increasingly inclined to use bamboo pulp as a raw material. Paper made from bamboo pulp typically has good quality and environmental characteristics.
– Wood pulp: Wood pulp is also a major raw material in the papermaking industry, widely used in writing paper, packaging paper, and other fields.
